"The front this lady was very good. The breakfast was awesome. The room was Alden raggedy wasn't clean properly. The neighbor's next door they partied all night outside. They're on top of my car doing cigarettes everywhere. I had to ask him to get off my car and get out of the way they made noise to 3:30 in the morning. I didn't get an ounce of sleep. It was the worst place to stay, said they had a hot tub. They didn't have one, it was raining so we couldn't use the pool parking was okay, but the smoking rooms you stay INR nasty. The chair was broken in the room, the leg was falling off the other chair, there was sticky stuff behind the bed, the bathroom was raggedy. Never stay there again"

"The biggest complaint I have is Expedia says in a pop up window when on the site "what you see is what you pay- we're different". That is an outright lie. When I got to the property they charged me and additional $26 for "incidentals" referring to breakfast (which by the way looked terrible) While I don't eat breakfast, I shouldn't have to pay for it. I tried to book another property in Charlotte for another trip and in the small print it says, the property will charge an additional $50 for breakfast also referred to as "incidentals" So in short what you see IS NOT WHAT YOU PAY...and that statement is an outright lie. That seems like ammo for a legal proceeding to me!"

"Reading previous reviews I chose the establishment. My wife required hot water so she can maintain an eye condition. There was no hot water. By chance I check the hot water cutoff valve under the bathroom sink. It was turned off. This morning I planned on taking a shower. Again I discovered there was no hot water. I would not recommend an establishment who rents and there hot water has been cutoff."

"Quick drive to anything you could want. Room and area was pretty clean and the front desk was helpful. Breakfast was a little lacking, but at least there was one. We were unfortunately there for the week when they decided to update their Internet service so that was a bit of an issue considering my husband works from home. Only one occasion of people yelling at each other outside. People definitely live here year round, but they were pleasant and nice enough and didn't bother us. It looks sketchy, but turned out to be pretty all right."
