"The suite was well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was good. Weather wasn't good enough to enable a dip in the pool. Wifi was terrible. I informed reception who were going to look into it but I heard nothing back. I tried on 2 devices I managed to connect with 1 for only 1 minute before it dropped out and I couldn't connect again."

"Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror."

Then in check-in the guy told us they didn’t have to do the Expedia rewards and he was basically doing us favour, was a very odd thing to say. Then we got to room and there was old food in the fridge and bathroom had toothpaste all over it."
