"We were warmly greeted at check-in, and room was upgraded for our anniversary. Room was spacious, comfortable and soothing. Lovely bathroom with wide shower. Staff were super friendly and happy to help throughout our stay. Tasty breakfasts and reasonably priced, nice outdoor area too. All in all, our anniversary was made very special by the LGBT friendly staff and the facilities at the Railway. Thank you for a great stay, and shoutout to the wonderful team!"

"I always enjoy my stay at The Bush, with it's beautiful garden, access to town and comfortable rooms. We had a twin room this time, as me and my sister wanted some vey much needed 'together time' in the same room. The beds were really comfortable, however the pillows were very thin and hard, and didn't have much substance to them. We had an issue with the only mirror in the room being in the corner behind the entrance door, which didn't have a plug socket near to it. As two ladies doing their hair and make-up in the mornings, this is essential. We rang down to reception and asked for a stand alone mirror which was provided straight away. The mirror was large, so we stood this up on the table next to a double plug socket, and made ourselves a makeshift dressing table. I would have thought that it's obvious that a mirror near a plug socket is a 'must' in all rooms, as most ladies like to style, dry or style their hair every morning. We were in room 303."

"There is free parking at the rear. Tell your sat nav to go to โBear Inn Car Parkโ It is marked separately on Google maps as there is no car access from the road at the front. We had confusing information about breakfast, which wasnโt included but no information about times. The check in wasnโt clear about this key information and there was no information in the room. The staff went out of their way to resolve the issue this caused and they were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a good size and we had good showers etc. Rooms cleaned during our stay. Close to railway station and bus station."

"Excellent resort, we stayed in a 2 bed apartment, very spacious, well equipped and on the ground floor we benenfitted from sliding doors and some outdoor space. We are at the restaurant on three occasions, afternoon tea, which was excellent, evening meal, which was delicious, and breakfast. The latter was buffet style, reasonable choice, have had better but it was by no means bad, though the bar was set pretty high with the other meals. The pool and sauna were excellent, the gym was huge, would highly recommend"
