"I was not impressed with the check in process. 2 staff at the reception desk but they still expected me to use the self-check-in which asked way more questions that was needed. When you spend over EUR150 for a night in a hotel you expect to be greeted an served by a person and not be told you have to use the self check-in because that is what management want! Then at check-out i used the email link I was send and had to chase later in the morning for the final invoice to be emails"

"Stayed overnight then caught the Frankfurt airport shuttle. The staff was nice, understanding and accommodating. The room was perfect with a great shower and beds. Ate dinner consisting of wine and pizza. Liked the robot delivering our meal, along with attentive wait staff. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and egg dish. Coffee was excellent!"

"Zimmer und Betten gut Jedoch Badezimmer-Glasschiebetüre total schmierig, dreckig und ungeputzt ! Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich. Flughafen Shuttle zu Terminal 1 & 2 überteuert 10 min zu Fuß vom Terminal 3 entfernt Empfangsmitarbeiter sind zum Teil nicht sehr welcoming "

"Perfect for a 1 night stay before an early departure flight the next morning "

"Room was very clean and had plenty of room. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work and it was a hot day. We overheard many guests complaining about it. Staff just kind took notes to pass on for the 2 days we were there and complained. They even moved us the first day, but it was the same problem. They don’t have windows that open, so we got stuck in a hot room for 2 night. Other than that the hotel has a perfect location and is very quiet. It’s across from a beautiful park and we just went for walks in the fresh air "
