"The room was very nice. The restaurant service, however, was horrible. We experienced extremely long delays for everything - ordering, food delivery, and especially receiving the bill so we could pay. "A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer.
My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. No notice on the desk and no call bell to ring. After almost 15 mins a staff member appeared. She said she'd been handling some room service. I think a notice on the desk may...

"It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel is in a good location but not so close to the main attractions of the city. A 25 or 30 minute walk which is ok for us. We used taxi many times to save time."

"Sockets were quite difficult to use. Especially if you are travelling with adapters. Thankfully I have 2 different ones as this is an old hotel and one of my adapters did not fit in at all.
