"Staff were all so lovely and the property is stunning. The studios are very spacious and the amenities and restaurants are easy to book and the food was great across the board. They also have a free shuttle a few times a day to the town which is fantastic <3"

"This hotel is wonderful. The food is really tastey, they have lots of variety to cater for everyone. The hotel is lovely and the staff are all really nice. It’s in a perfect location, you can walk to the beach or to some local shops or to the harbour. We didn’t need to leave the area, everything we needed was there! I gave a 4 for cleaning on the basis that some of the cleaners just pushed the dirt around, I wasn’t really sure what they were doing and we had a garden room and you could smell...

"I spent one week at Mitsis resort in October 2026. Unfortunately, despite booking a Superior Double Sea View room, my initial experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was allocated room 306 on the ground floor. The balcony faced the wall of another building, with no sea view at all (see photo). As this was not what I had booked, I had to complain to reception and request a room change. The next day, I was offered the only alternative, room 739 on the first floor, which at least provided a...

"Had an amazing time. I came solo and felt safe the entire trip. Bar staff were very nice and drinks were 10/10"

"Lovely hotel and lovely touches put in place for my partners birthday. Would come back!"

"Service war nicht sehr aufmerksam. Man musste stets aktiv nachfragen oder Getränke bei der Bar holen. Der Pool war angeblich beheizt- gemerkt haben wir das leider nicht. Das Gym beschränkt sich auf einen kleinen functional Bereich. Keine Cardio Geräte, auch nur Outdoor und etwas schmutzig."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Leider viele Handtuchreservierer am Pool."

"Best place to stay in Hersonissos. Staff was so friendly and welcoming, rooms were beautiful."

"Once you adjust to the sheer size and scale of this lovely hotel, you really appreciate how good it is. Excellent food, drink, accommodation and weather… what more could you ask. The only down side for us was the general area outside the hotel resort was quiet with very little night life to talk about, everything is at least a ten minute taxi ride away, great if your looking for some peace and quiet in a high spec resort. Overall a great hotel and well worth another visit in the future."

"Good standard. Hotel was clean, well maintained and the facilities were of a good standard. Pools were good, we also used the gym which was adequate for a hotel gym and the tennis and padle courts which were excellent. Food : buffet was efficient and generally pretty good, but not mind blowing. We used the Mexican and Greek restaurants which were both very nice. Service was very good."
