"There wasnt a hot tub. The pool area smelled mildew. The room carpet had very bad spots that look like blood but they say it was cleaned. They say the room was cleaned but found a dirty wash rag on the shower curtain rail/bar! The 3rd shift worker kept saying he was sorry but didn’t have any other rooms to switch me too. The breakfast wasn't a buffet style. Only hot food was waffles. I asked for earlier check out with money return but wouldn’t. You get what you pay for thats for sure."

"The property is very well maintained and had a spectacular display of spring bulbs planted. It really looked like a top notch place to stay. The room was updated and extremely clean and well maintained. I didn't have one complaint in that area. The thing that bothered me were the other "guests." I stayed here because it was a reasonable price in my old neighborhood as I was in town visiting family for the day but I didn't realize that this part of Nicholasville Road was a little rough. My first red flag should have been that there was a huge monitor hanging in the office showing about 30 different camera views around the property. Then I noticed there seemed to be a lot of people "staying" there who were probably long time residents. There were a few men who were out regularly pacing the building, standing around smoking, and giving me the eye as I unloaded both when I arrived and when I left. There was a lot of noise from the bypass on and offramps, and there was just a lot of activity that night - people's cars coming and going, a lot of loud talking in the parking lot, people walking back and forth doing laundry, etc. It wasn't a restful night and quite frankly, as a woman, I didn't feel very safe. It was the first time I put a chair in front of my door. I got through the night at a budget price, but I won't be staying there again."

"Ok. The problem which ruined our trip was the overcharges we received. I have yet to callsand try to straighten it out so I get a 3 also. If they don’t correct it, I will move it to a 1. We received 3 different charges for one night."

"The bath tub had hair in it. Bathroom sink cabinet was falling apart. And the photos of the room were nothing like pictured. The front desk lady was nice and polite. But I would not recommend this place"

"Great stay overall. The room was very clean and having a full personal kitchen with a dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, microwave and everything needed was a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly and even offered complimentary water at check-in. Parking was great, breakfast was good and there were no issues with noise, unusual smells or bugs. The bed was a little stiff for my preference, but that is just me being picky. I would definitely stay here again and will look for this property brand first when booking in other areas."

"Breakfast cooking staff was rude and negligent. It felt discriminatory as the chef cooked 5 orders before mine even though I ordered first (and ordered the same thing as the other people). Another guest even pointed this out, and asked why he was ignoring me and my order. When asked about this, the chef just made a deceiving face, insinuating he was not going to cook my order for whatever reason. This happened to me both mornings of my two night stay. I have never been treated like this in a hotel before, and this location has lost a customer."
