I will be short: English was not a way to communicate. The breakfast menu they promise to serve at 6:45 turned to be just some sandwiches made up in 5 minutes, with bread bought at the bakery outside straight away, because I had to wake the owner that was still sleeping.

Es handelt sich um ein grundsätzlich gut gelegenes und komfortabel eingerichtetes Hotel. Wenn man aber mit Familie (2 Erwchsene und 2 Kinder) ein Hotel mit Frühstück bucht, sollte es auch Frühstück geben (laut Internetangaben zwischen 7:00 und 9:00 Uhr)! Wir haben bis 8:20 Uhr gewartet (und eine Nachricht hinterlassen); es war weder jemand erreichbar, noch war ein Frühstücksraum offen. Im Nachgang erhielten wir per Mail eine Rechnung, ohne eine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches; lediglich mit einem marginalen Abschlag für die Nichterbringung der Leistung. Es mag zutreffend gewesen sein, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren; aber derart mit Nichtleistung zu glänzen und dann sich zu den Umständen auszuschweigen, ist schlichtweg unverschämt.
