"Staff were helpful at the front desk and pleasant. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. We stayed in the standard room with two double beds. It didn’t have balcony furniture but you could go and stand outside. Also had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast had cooked omelettes, fresh fruit and cereal- plenty of options to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and conveniently location. Swimming pool was pleasant. "

"I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we...

"The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy."

"Overall the hotel was nice, clean and spacious. Our toilet did not flush and the hotel did not seemed staffed to accommodate any guests requests. They dropped a plunger off at our door and walked away. It was a good thing we were only there for one night. "
