Quiet place, room is very big and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved, especially having diary free options and fresh bread would have made difference. However, the owner was really kind to accomodate my needs and brought me a bowl of fruit which was really nice. Thanks for the hospitality!

The room was amazing, breakfast needs better quality ingredients. Sorry to say but worst breakfast we've ever had. If this is sorted than this property will be a 10/10.

A good stay - we slept well here! We found Herne Bay itself a bit disappointing, not as many places to eat or drink as we thought, but very close by car to Whitstable and Tankerton as well as some good country pubs which we enjoyed! Breakfast was nice - so much bacon in my bacon sandwich we made another bacon sandwich for my boyfriend! Some good cold yogurty fruity options too.

A pleasant place of rest.
The website said we could check in between 14:00-16:00. We arrived at 14:25 and was told they didn’t do registration until after 16:00 but allowed us to register as the room was ready. Parking was normal residents parking, so parked where you could. Place was lovely, comfortable & clean and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was very nice too. So an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your review.Just to clarify, all expedia websites detail the check in times as 4pm-8pm and we also have private parking to the rear of our property which you must have missed.All the best, luke.

Lovely clean small hotel
Nice clean welcoming hotel looks like it had just been converted as carpets were like new. Small family run hotel. Had to book breakfast in advance, which wasn’t a problem. No evening meals but was restaurants within walking distance

The proprietor Luke was very welcoming and helpful. The room was well furnished with comfortable beds and a large spotlessly clean batbroom with a nice big shower. Car parking was at the rear and very secure. The choice of breakfasts was very good and of good quality.

Very clean.
This is a very clean place with a modern feel inside and yet in an older, lovely house. Breakfast was simple and very good. The windows and door in my room rattled a bit. I had not realised it was going to be in a quiet suburban street and I did not find it easily. I found the parking difficult, there could be more signage and the narrow drive had my car sensors going frantic. I loved the long walk to the beach, the area is very nice and i would certainly visit again.

Escape to the seaside
A little gem of a find, easy to get about Herne bay good bus routes and short walk to seafront. Very interesting shops. Would highly recommend this B&B although would say it felt more like a hotel, lovely decor really good breakfast options comfy rooms and added bonus our room which was room 3 had sitting room and spacious bathroom. Our hosts were very accommodating and available if needed, nothing too much trouble.will definitely be back.

It was an overnight stay, so very little time spent at the guest house. I can say the service was excellent, room tidy and very clean.

Brilliant stay
We visited here for one night and had a fantastic time. Our room was massive, very clean and everything was modern. The hosts were very hospitable and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful comfortable hotel.
Truly stunning little gem in a beautiful sea side town. Family run hotel which clearly they take full pride in facilities, customer service and ensuring it’s throughly clean! The breakfast was also a delight. Highly recommend.

What can i say. Possibly the best b&b we have stayed in.. The room was to die for, cleanliness above 100% and the hosts couldn't do enough for us. Bed was a bed from home and soooo comfortable. This place is a must if your staying local

Lovely place to stay close to the beach
This B&B was a lovely little gem in Herne Bay. We booked room 2 and it was clean, spacious and well decorated. Having the separate seating area so it wasn’t just a bedroom was a lovely touch. Free parking on-site or on the street is great so there isn’t an additional cost. The breakfast was made fresh and was tasty. The host was also knowledgable about the area. Small negatives were that our tea/coffee facilities were not replenished during our stay so limited to our consumption and that the host was initially dismissive on check-in when I said I’d paid for the stay already through Hotels.com as he insisted I need to pay as he didn’t deal with Hotels.com. Overall though, this venue is well-priced and will cater for all your needs for a short stay by the sea, which is a mere 10-15 minutes walk away.

Apologies for the confusion at check in, but initially you said you had money-off vouchers from the OTA that you booked with, which is not something i would deal with or know about. However it was my fault for not noticing that you had already pre-paid on your registration form. Due to covid, our policy is to stay out of the rooms during a guests stay with us, sorry for not making this clear to you and i would have been more than happy to replenish your tea/coffee had i known.
