I paid with Apple Pay through the app which I liked. But when I checked in they asked for a credit card for “incidentals” and were pushing for it. I refused and they kept pressing, but they finally gave in. It seemed like they were pushing for more of my personal info when it wasn’t necessary since I prepaid through the app and entered the same info in the app.

Building is a bit old but well kept. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Only dislike, the neighborhood is a little sketchy . For the price, it was a good stay.

When reserve room 2 months ago ask for first floor because some of us were handicap so when we checked in they put us on the second floor when we got to our room the door was unable to lock so one couple had to take the third floor a lot of walking.

The manager and front desk receptionist was the rudest!! I asked for a room service in the morning and when I came back at night it was not done. They said the housekeepers leave at 3 pm and the lady at the front desk was so rude and showing me all attitude. Next day I talked with the manager and he did not take responsibility for the inconvenience too. I mean who the hell supervises the housekeepers if they aren’t doing their job properly? And why does the guests have to face challenges for the poor staff? Like we paid whopping amount for the stay!!!
