"Screaming children in pool area right up until close at 10pm everyday, useless to my wife and me. Hot tub was not hot.Should have a couple hours for adults. Had to reset my WI-FI devices every day around 4:40 PM for some unknown reason."

"The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! "
