Not what we expected, paid for an executive suite and received a standard room, No heater in the rooms, sink at the "kitchenette" had to be turned on/off at the valves under the sink, using that sink left a large puddle of water on the floor, the mini fridge was rusting at the bottom and missing a leg, the window didn't lock, it was easy to open from the outside, luckily there were bars to prevent entry, but it also makes it a fire hazard, there will b no escape thru the window in case of a fire, low water pressure, towels need to be replaced, they were really worn out, the door has a patch to lock the door but there is no secondary latch, my son who is 2 yrs old easily opened the door and made his way out into the hallway(we were busy somewhat unpacking because we weren't gng to stay there another night), we heard the door close, wondering what that was, the my son was not in the room, we rushed out of the room and found him in the hallway, had to block the door with our luggage to keep him from getting to the door handle, I did not feel comfortable or safe at this location, we had no choice but to stay there just that one night, we stayed at another hotel for the following 2 nights, we did get in contact with the manager and hotels.com and were able to get the refund for the 2 remaining nights, my brother in law arrived at the same location having the same issues, they too made their way out. This is supposed to be an old hotel, it has history, fix it!
