Guarded parking lot with security personnel guiding you to your room. Hospitality was exceptional and friendly Buffet inexpensive but most importantly delicious and authentic food. Poolside bar kid friendly and with food menu also a 10 out of 10. Look no more.

We've stayed here before when passing through. The linens were crisp and clean. When we called, someone from the restaurant brought us a large bag of ice, which we really appreciated. The area is right on the highway, so it's convenient, but extremely noisy. The noise in the hotel area was also awful and late into the night. Parking is secure and the area well lit.

I arrived at the hotel after my drive into mexico at around 0200. The front desk person said I was too late to check in as their cut off is at 1900. I advised him I paid and made the reservation after 1900 as I was driving late. He did notice the room was paid for, he did let me check in.As a woman traveling alone late this was momentarily stressful. The hotel room and grounds were nice and clean. But I would not recommend renting here if you are going to check in late trying to find a room at 2am.

Room was great for the money! Staff was friendly. Asked for extra pillows, which were not available. We were brought extra blankets instead, which actually helped. Grounds were great. Pool inviting, but we didn't have time to use it.

I'm a regular customer of Hotel San Sebastian. The staff is usually very nice and professional, especially the people at the front counter. However, this time when I checked in, the person at the front counter who helped me was very rude. I was very surprised because I've been staying at this place for years, and the staff has always been very helpful and cordial. I'm going back to Hermosillo on 03/26/2026, but this time I'm going to try another hotel and check how their staff interacts with customers.
