"We stayed one night while enjoying ArtPrize. The hotel was conveniently located for all of the downtown area. We enjoyed the room - it was clean, quiet and well-appointed. We were impressed with the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

So, we ended up paying $36 for the parking and not eating the continental breakfast. Otherwise, super clean and...
