"Our visit was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and furnished nicely - the bath was awesome and the air con worked great. The location on Lord Street was great and allowed access to all the area has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Massive check marks for being quick to release the pre-authorisation on check out. Only bit of constructive feedback I have is the blind in the room was a little stiff and difficult to move. However, I would still highly recommend staying at the Vincent."

Itaçh, the host was there to greet you (though there is no reception) and once I’d filled in a form in the lounge I was shown to my room and he even carried my bag to my room. The whole place was very well presented and I truly enjoyed my short stay. And a great plus was the train station was a mere 5 minute walk from/to the hotel."
