"Villa Eugenia delivered everything we hoped for and more. It’s a beautifully maintained, spacious home with views of the hills and sea. Inside, the villa was clean, stylish and very well-equipped. Every corner felt thoughtfully arranged, creating a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. The addition of poolside cabanas was a thoughtful touch—offering much-needed shade during the peak heat. "Beautiful property with incredible views. Quiet community between Heraklion and Rethymo was close to the airport but away from the crowds. Our only issue was finding the house and having staff available to answer questions. The drive has steep slopes so having an SUV was helpful. "

"Ist ideal für Leute, die abschalten und auch Ausblick mit Pool genießen wollen. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Für den ein oder anderen könnten paar Sachen fehlen (Spülung der Toilette dauert, Waschmaschine), aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Würde jederzeit wieder dahin!"

Cependant, la cuisine manque d'articles pour cuisiner, pas beaucoup d'équipement de cuisine, le strict minimum ce qui peut parfois...

"Tolle Villa mit schöner Raumaufteilung und genügend Platz für alle. Der Pool, der schön gestalte Garten sowie die Terrasse waren das Highlight. Man merkt leider, dass die Villa inzwischen beinahe 20 Jahre alt ist, sodass ein paar Kleinigkeiten repariert werden könnten (i.d.R. Schönheitsreparaturen). Aber insgesamt ein tolles Urlaubserlebnis."

"This hotel has a lot of history but it is very modern, luxurious and clean. It is located opposite the port (you can walk to the ferry in 9 minutes) but it is a bit further to reach center city and we took a taxi back from eating there."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was always fresh, tasted good and selection/variety was impressive. Buffet always clean, and well maintained. The views from this hotel are mesmerizing, sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The only minus for us was that if you want to go to the beach you need to pay for lounge chairs, it wasn’t very expensive. The beaches near the hotel are kinda rocky, if you want a nice sandy beach there is Agia Pelagia Beach, it’s 10 min drive. The housekeeping lady in our section was so friendly and helpful. In general all hotel staff was very friendly, we had no issues. Definitely recommend this hotel "

"On a quick visit to Crete we stayed here and enjoyed the property. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast has good warm and cold options with fresh fruit and cafe quality coffee options. Its located very close to the city center of Heraklion, very easy walking to shopping and dining options. The view from our balcony was not great, but we were doing more exploring than sitting in the room. The neighborhood might appear to have some run down areas, but it felt really safe. Would highly recommend this property."
