If I had one suggestion, it would be to reduce the amount of desserts and sweets offered and replace with more hot food options such as waffles/pancakes, omelets to order etc. however, this was low season so I guess there is a concern about wastage "

"Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10."

I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean.
