"Check in staff (evening shift) had to finish their own conversation before helping me, they were complaining about other customers directly and loudly within countertop distance of me. Night shift was rude when I asked nicely if they had anymore cold water because fridge hadn’t been restocked. Day shift check out individual was extremely cheerful and helpful and kind "

"Check in was easy and convenient. Front desk young man was very polite and had great customer service skills. Room was clean, stocked and updated. Would definitely stay here again "
