"This is our "Go To" hotel when we have been privileged to travel and have a scheduled flight home from London Heathrow. Great staff that anticipates well and is always at the top of their game. On site restaurant, Carluccio's offers a "just right" menu with a variety of dishes and the breakfast buffet or a la carte dishes meet every need. Terrific bar for a "last night of vacation" night cap. Don't even bother looking for a finer hotel."

"Fantastic location for Heathrow transit. Clean rooms, great lobby and bar atmosphere, staff were welcoming. Check-in was a bit slow and the walls are thin, but overall a solid stay for the price. Would return for airport stopovers"

"Always love staying here ! The accommodation is beautifully presented and maintained and the staff and food just excellent .
Just wish there were steam room and SPA facilities available other than the treatments .
Also super convenient for Heathrow without being a run of the mill airport hotel "
