"Comfortable bed, spacious room, great amenities (including kettle, iron board and iron in the room), friendly and helpful staff, quiet rooms, and brilliant location."
"5th stay, still like it. Excellent location and not bad breakfast, although the juices could be less watery... rooms spacious with good facilities like safe, coffee machine and fridge and jolly big telly. Staff good."
""We had an amazing time at the Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street! The view from our 14th-floor room was spectacular, and I kept thinking how incredible it would be to watch fireworks from up there. The breakfast was great with plenty of selections, and the waffles were a huge hit with my daughter. The entire staff was friendly, and the room attendants were exceptional.
My only minor drawbacks were that the beds were a bit squeaky, and my daughter mentioned the sofa bed was a little hard and we wished they had a swimming pool onsite or a sauna. We would definitely stay here again just hoping for a slightly more comfortable bed next time!""
"While in some respects some might consider the rooms a little “tired”, there is a great feel in this hotel. The room and rooms are clean and have a great atmosphere. The bar, restaurant and breakfast room all have their own individual characters and while not perhaps in a modern style, I personally loved and will be happy to return in the future. I particularly liked the quality and range of the restaurant menu but there is also a separate bar menu."
"I want to give a huge shout out to the Front Desk staff member - Ali. We had some issues with our check in and it was just me and my 2 small
Kids travelling. It was 2am after a long delayed flight. He understood the situation and quickly got us a room. He was the best. This man needs a raise or promotion or whatever."
"Great one night stay for a concert. Near the shops and plenty of places to eat. Staff friendly. Nice bar for a drink after travelling and easy for the train station. Would book again."
