"Honest staff - my partner left the wallet behind after check out and the staff contacted us immediately. And even though we were already in another city, they tried to make for arrangements for us to receive our documents. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Other than great front desk staff, the nights we were there, we met with rowdy travellers, and as well there was a quirky staff that made us feel unwelcomed.
