We checked in only to find the room we were assigned was already in use. When we went back to the front desk they had already noticed their mistake. We were given a better room.

We had a great stay, it is being remodeled so there are areas not quiet fixed up but not a bother either. The room was nice and cozy. Most definitely will be staying here again if we come back.

Even with construction, this hotel was still clean and the service was great! This is a favorite hotel for us anytime we are in the area.

The only issue I had was I couldn’t understand the staff that picked up the dirty towels due to the language barrier. I asked and thought she was going to take and replace the towels, she was only taking them. I had to wait another hour for a new set, if I had know we would have just kept them.

Great Hotel

I was extremely impressed with this hotel, they are remodeling and updating everything and it was beautiful. I wish that I could stay in this hotel whenever I travel. Breakfast buffet was also great, the options of different foods were great and tasted good too.

The renovation made the stay uncomfortable. The mattresses were broken down, there was an old sink & cabinet in the hallway & plastic taped to the floors. There was also dirty linens in the bathroom.

Good location

We arrived to our room around 9:00 that evening. My husband found a cigarette butt on the bathroom floor, the room did not smell of smoke, and there was a used mustard packet by the bed near the wall. I reported to the hotel staff the next morning when we left. They apologized but did not offer any reimbursement, etc.
