"We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year as it's handy for visiting family. The staff are always welcoming and the rooms comfortable. The only thing we find is a regular issue is that there is always at least one item not available on the evening meal menu and this time is was more than one, which was a little frustrating. "I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. "The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma"
