"The hotel is located on the crater of Crater Lake. The view is breathtaking, there is hiking around with amazing views. The service is excellent, the food is good but the best is the view. I hope I will be back and spend several days there. "

"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. A single motorbike arrived, and we needed to wait quite some time for a second bike. We told the hotel porter and our bikers we wanted to go to Longonot, however they decided to take us to Hells Gate. Along the way, the bikers...
