"The property was clean, modern, and very family oriented. I did not like the service specifically the front desk. The clerks did not communicate with each other about not wanting to put my final purchase on credit card but using cash when checking out. When I checked out, the clerk had already placed the purchase on my credit card without my consent. Being that I was out of town I couldn’t wait 5 days for the transaction to be processed to my credit card. I feel like it wasn’t supposed to be...

"First off, the desk clerk could not find my Expedia reservation and was not helpful in resolving my problem. We ended up paying for 2 nights AGAIN with the hopes that Expedia would refund my money. This hotel is being renovated. The 1 working elevator was sketchy. Our room (suite) was newly renovated and nice but hot. "We spent 4 nights here and had a great time. We used the pool which was clean and the gym. The only disappointment was that continental breakfast was not free but available."

"The property was fine. The room was fine. The front desk was "OK" - They should consider brining in a quality vending company if they can't stock and keep a variety of snacks and beverages for sale in the lobby. The free breakfast was basic. They offer a few hot items. Nothing impressive. The room was clean. The shower was better than OK but not amazing. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and didn't make a lot of noise. Overall I would stay here again."

"The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and cooled down for us. They honored our request for a room close to relatives. Ample parking and close to many restaurants. The negatives were musty hallways; our room was very tiny for a King sized bed; bathroom counter was too small and they didn’t get their supplies for Saturday breakfast ( no milk, no fruit, no oatmeal or granola). The price was a little high for what we experienced."

Breakfast is always absolutely delish and gives me something to look forward to in the am. The tropical outdoor pool is always clean and refreshing.
