Booked this hotel as a 21st Birthday treat for my daughter and her friend. They stayed in the Gem Lake View Suite. It was fabulous the staff went out of their way to make it special for my daughter and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here myself. 5 star luxury 5 star service. Well done!

the staff were very friendly and took care of me so well. the massage spa lady at the hotel was really friendly towards me and always smiling and lovely. wonderful service :)
