"Our stay at Numa Brussels Royal Galleries was refreshing. The communication with the what’s app team & Federica was outstanding! Room was a bit chilly and we couldn’t figure out the heating so we turn the a/c off and slept fine. We booked the standard room, it was pretty snug (NOT tight) but we knew this going into it.
