"We really loved our experience at Kato Waidi! The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location was both peaceful (it’s right on the river!), as well as interesting (it’s right beside a Nubian craft market). Our only challenge was that the AC had a hard time cooling our room, but it was also 117 degrees so I think any AC would have struggled :)"

"The staff are fantastic. They really do everything they can to make things easy for you. Also if you are leaving very early to travel to Abu Simbel they will create a pack lunch for you in lieu of the breakfast buffet."
