Outdated, but decent

Positives: fast checkin and checkout, nice bar. Negatives: building site for spa is a mess, parking lot without lighting behind this, veeeery dated furniture and finishes and technology in rooms, modest breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area

A lovely hotel in a lovely location, the staff were very helpful even though English is not their 1st language communication was easy, breakfast was good and all of us enjoyed it The rooms were clean and comfortable the only minor point was the AC wouldn’t go less than 22 but even so it was comfortable enough. Would most definitely stay again

Ski Trip

Overall a good experience. I can’t get used to the double beds that aren’t really joined together. Pool and sauna areas were excellent. Food was expensive. Lots of families enjoying the school holiday.

Though you pay €168 a night, you are not granted access to the swimming pool unless you buy the spa-package which then gives you access. This is somehow silly as one should be able to swim without entering the spa but the hotel does not care. No tea or coffee available in the room, no room service. In short it is more like a hostel than a hotel.

The hotel operates like a factory: way too little personnel to address the needs of customers. The dining options are not really options: over-priced buffer or an a la carte restaurant which does not take any table reservations. We got tired of waiting and simply drove to another place to have dinner. The rooms are not cleaned every day (not even towels replaced which is strange as the hotel focuses on sporting).

Smelly and dirty sauna

The drain smell in sauna was incredible. After posting a note of that I got a quick reply. But then - just nothing. No notice at the check-out, no info if they actually did anything to it or not. Even thinking of the condition of sauna makes me still sick..
