Peaceful hotel with a spa

Peaceful and comfortable spa hotel, beautiful surroundings by a river. Small but many-sided spa which was not crowded. Good breakfast.

Yö Heinolassa, miellyttävä kokemus.

Huone oli siisti ja parveke ihanasti järvelle päin. Kylpyläosasto oli tosi ihana ja Relax puoli loistava. Pukuhuone oli vanha mut muuten spa oli tunnelmallinen, aidot kynttilät paloi ja maisema järvelle. Todella hyvät saunat. Höyrysauna 😍 Kylpylältä kiva rantareitti ulkoilla. Hotelli oli vanha mutta siisti. Ainut pieni miinus oli ravintolapalvelut, ala carte jossa ei ollut pizzaa :) Aamupala oli hyvä. Täällä ois kiva kokoustaa, tiloja sellaiseenkin on.

Aivan hyvä.

Eka kerta Kumpelissa ja tullaan kyllä toistekin. Loistava sijainti ja kylpyläosasto on remontoitu lähiaikoina. Pihassa ei ole sähköautojen lataus mahdollisuutta, joka on tänä päivänä itsestään selvyys hotelleissa.

Huoneet siistit ja hiljaiset, mutta kuumat, onneksi parveke ja puhallin löytyi kuitenkin. Kuntosali vanhanaikainen. Kylpylä todella kiva, jos ei ruuhkaa. Aamupala simppeli hyvä. Ravintolan ruokalista illallisen kohdilta todella suppea.

Kiva kylpylä, upeat maisemat, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen on vaatimaton, mutta illallinen hotelliravintolassa hyvä. Heinola oli muutoinkin mukava kohde ja suosittelemme myös Tango & Matto -bistroa.

Hotelli kauniilla paikalla lähellä keskustaa ja ranta - sekä lenkkipolku kohteita. Allas osasto tyydyttävä sopivasti avoinna aamulla sekä jo iltapäivällä.Aamiainen tyydyttävä, mutta lihapullat,nakit, munakas ja piirakat eivät olleet kunnolla lämpimiä , olimme aamiaisella yleensä 8.30 - 9.30. Hotellihuone oli rauhallinen ja ikkuna-parvekebäkymät mahtavan kauniit. Huoneilmastointi ei ollut riittävä, pitituulettaa parvekkeen oven kautta. Emme löytäneet muovin -tai lasinkeräyspistettä.

Vastaanotossa oli ystävällinen henkilö, joka otti minut vastaan. Kaunis näkymä järvelle hotellihuoneen parvekkeelta. Rauhallinen ja muutenkin upealla paikalla oleva hotelli. Aamupala oli ihan ok, kaikkea tarpeellista oli tarjolla. Hotelli kaipaisi pientä pintaremonttia, mutta muuten oikein hyvin onnistunut vierailu hotellissa.

Erittäin pätevä kylpylähotelli

Kumpeli spa on mainio perheomisteinen yritys Heinolassa. Kylpyläpuoli on remontoitu erittäin hyvällä maulla ja vaikka sisällöllisesti se on tehty aikuiseen makuun, sai taapero myös iloa polskuttelusta ja porealtaista. Huoneessamme oli symppis 2000-luvun alun fiilis. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja erityismaininta menee isolle kiintokalustepenkille, johon oli helppo laskea tavarat.

Yhden yön reissu. Kylvin hotellin kylpylässä monta tuntia. Illalla söin erittäin hyvän aterian hyvien juomien kera. Aamiaisbuffet ihan riittävä, en kaipaa kymmeniä erilaisia syötäviä. Kaiken kaikkiaan, erittäin rentouttava reissu!
Hotelli sijaitsee aivan järven rannassa, joten ravintolasta on upeat maisememat!
Ruoka oli todella hyvää!

Hyvä kokemus

Hotelli on upealla paikalla, kylpylä oiva aikuisten rentoutumiseen, aamiainen riittävä ja maittava, Heinola hieno kesäkaupunki. Kun huoneita on tyhjinä, niin tulijoille kannattaa tarjota aina paras mahdollinen näkymä. Se saa vierailijan palaamaan.
