"The location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and right by the river that has a beautiful walking path along it. Also easy walking distance to Bodegas Francos Españolas Winery. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. There is onsite parking - your car gets its own elevator and designated space. "

La señora del turno de la mañana me salvó literalmente e hizo todo porque yo pudiera ir a San Sebastián de la forma más conveniente y el chico del turno nocturno estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera bien a mi regreso… el señor del transporte del shuttle ambos maravillosos. "Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, beach, old city and Pincho bars. The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again."

"Excellent location for convenience to the motorway, but therefore noisy with windows open. Once closed, excellent sound-proofing. Lots of free parking. Not a lot to do in the vacinity, but bar food good."
