Short walk to beach and close distance to shops downtown and old town area. Easy access to bus stations (we took the bus to old town when we didn’t want to walk). Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. Great value for cost. Would stay here again, and would highly recommend it to other families."

"Alles top aan de lokatie. Medewerkers, eigenaar allemaal zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer was een droom. 's Ochtends een knus ontbijt, waarbij de echtgenote van de eigenaar vaker aanwezig was met tips voor uitjes. Midden in de natuur, we hoorden de hele tijd bellen. wij dachten eerst van koeien maar het bleken paarden met bellen omdat ze ook vrij het nabijgelegen bos in konden. "Tanto el edificio como el apartamento eran muy lindos. Pero el check out a las 4:00 pm me pareció muy tarde y lo que realmente me pareció muy mal es que ponen que están avalados por FACE y no tienen opciones reales para celiacos, además del desconocimiento del personal sobre el tema. Visitamos otros 5 hoteles en este mismo viaje y fueron impecables tanto en trato como en opciones sin gluten. Pero jardines de Ulleta, pésimo, no se corresponde con la categoría del hotel. "

"Se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie de la intermodal y a 50 del museo Gugemheim. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero equipadas, buen gusto y modernas. El barrio Deusto tranquilo y lleno de pequeños negocios. Pero, no tienen a nadie en la recepción hasta las 4pm, no tienen agua ni café en el lobby, no puedes tomar desde su lobby ninguna excursión ni información al respecto. Y las chicas de la limpieza tienen problemas con atender a los huéspedes. No saben comportarse."
