Fantastic concierge service: Needed to book a bus to Donostia/StSeb for the day but had trouble with the Avanza website (and my poor Spanish) - Virginia set me up the day before with instructions on where to find the bus. Perfect location, very nice amenities. "

"This hotel doesn’t provide food but there is a mini fridge in the room and the drinks are free of charge and replenished daily. The beds are super comfy. Nice little balcony. Lovely bathroom and toiletries. Very quiet hotel. Nice area, again quiet, but only 15 minutes slow walk to old town through other nice areas. Lovely staff. "
