"The staff were wonderful! We stayed over Independence Day, and my son wanted to light fireworks. He asked and they said that would be fine. We had a great time, enjoying the 4th, and shut down the noise by 10pm for our neighbors. My adult sons loved the upstairs where they slept. We struggled a bit more with getting the temperature just right in our room, but that may have been user error because the heating worked. We just got too warm in the middle of the night."

"Clean, quiet, safe. Close to Florence. We checked in shortly after 4 pm on a Sunday. Seems the office doors were locked around 6 pm. Not sure how long they were locked. We just had a minor question, so it was no big deal. Just not sure how we would get checked in if we arrived at that time. Something to be aware of if booking a room there and arriving late. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again if in the area as it was a very well maintained property."

"While we didn't think this would be like a room at the Holiday Inn, we weren't prepared for the cute little room we got. The rooms are what used to be a RR station and have been upfitted with enough modern conveniences that you won't be disappointed - surprised, but not disappointed. Our room (and I assume the others are like this) was filled with gadgets, devices, and appliances that were vintage for the time the RR was operating and stopped there (think early 1900's). "Great rooms in nicely maintained older building. Had biscuits and gravy for breakfast which were home made and delicious. It's always nice to take a step away from the corporate chains and find a hidden gem like this. Definitely would recommend."

"Huge group of teenagers noisy from 6pm to midnight. People above us danced loudly for hours. No one in the office until morning. Next night, not quite as noisy but no one in the office again. NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND NO GOOD REVIEW!!"
