"Excellent place to stay if you are on vacation as it is in Old Town and very close to downtown Toronto. Very nice and helpful staff. The AC was broken in the lobby during our stay and they were wait for parts from Japan to fix so it was warm and humid during breakfast but overall I would recommend."

"Rooms were tiny but that was to be expected so that’s ok. Staff was difficult but ultimately gave me a second room when my first did not have a functional AC and no windows. Also, I walked in with 2 of my friends to grab something from my room, and one of the staff proceeded to follow us to say I can’t have people sleep over, as if they would have slept over there, and it was 5pm lol. Would have given much better ratings even with all my comments if the price was half or less what I paid. Good...

"The front desk staff (I dealt with Paul mostly) were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and personable. They remembered me as I walked through the lobby at various points. Our check in was late because our room wasn't quite ready yet (it happens) and I don't think the AC was working in our room which made for a semi uncomfortable night but otherwise our stay was great."

"The rooms are extremely small and the AC was not working properly. When we checked out and mentioned how hot the room was they said it was a known problem and gave us a couple bags of chips and juice. We stoll paid over 400 for a night in a room that was to hot to comfortably sleep in."
