"Fantastic location, really nice and helpful staff, and a clean, quiet and comfortable room. It was a little odd though, the room seemed like it was built for something else, and then they put a few pieces of furniture in it to make it work as a hotel room. The floor was uneven under a quite old looking carpet. We didn't mind but it felt a little odd."

"The location, rooms, and breakfast were great. However, the elevators were a problem. There are only 3, but 1 was out of service the entire time. Of the remaining 2, housekeeping is apparently allowed to lock 1 for their work. That often left 1 elevator servicing 12 floors. It could take up to 10 minutes to make it down from the 11th floor. The front desk tried to tell me it wasn’t a big deal."

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"Conveniently located to the airport. Plenty of easy parking. Front desk, staff and bistro staff were very helpful. Now the down side. Their guest laundry room consists of two washing machines and one dryer for five floors of guests however they did offer me complementary tide when I got quarters from them."

"The hotel over all was ok, here is my take on pros and cons.
Pro:
Location is awesome, we walked to almost everything. The blue line from the airport is 2 min away and super easy. There is also a target around the block to buy food or supplies. Room had a small fridge.
Breakfast was great and saved us money with 2 children. They served real eggs, potatoes and meat. They also had cereal, waffles, and other healthy options .
Safe, no issues with safety.
Cons:
Noise, we had a loud room next to...
