"The staff was very nice and helped in getting us a couple of extra request we needed. The only comment I’d make for some improvement would be to update in usb ports for charging phone etc. Lowering the bathing products so younger shorter kids can reach them and an adjustable shower to make it lower and easier for shorter than a 6 ft person to adjust the spray head and lastly heavier comforters for the bedding. "The place was new and clean. The staff was very kind and friendly. They didn’t have any irons which is problematic for travelers that need to iron. It was very sterile with no decor in the room and the bed was very low but it was very comfortable. Love that it has a kitchen area! "

"There were bugs, possibly ants, in the juice machine. I let the manager know. He looked but didn’t really seem to know what to say or do. I had already swallowed some bugs in my juice and had spit the rest out. I thought it was pulp! I know, gross. Breakfast was an individually packaged pastry, like a bear claw, no cereal, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, etc., like at most other similar hotels. Room was very clean, AC and heater worked well. Water pressure excellent. "
