"This property is quite run down and could use a real good cleaning of all the outside areas, walkways to the rooms and the pool area. We spent a week and there was bird poop, old bandaids, dead bugs, etc that were never washed down. The pools were nice but you had to wear your thongs all the time."

Main negative is that the mattress was not good, it felt hard and poor quality. The apartment complex is on a hill and apartment itself is up quite a few stairs, which isn't ideal but do able if you're able bodied. "
