"Upon initial arrival, our room that was assigned to us was not what we originally purchased. After speaking with the staff, they quickly remedied the situation and gave us free breakfast vouchers for the wonderful restaurant located within the hotel. Staff was very kind, amenities were clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice. Will be staying again "

"A 2 block walk from Grand Central Station with several subway lines. End of LIRR line from Jamaica/ Air Train from JFK airport only 22 mins. Easy 15 min walk to Times Square. Room was small like most of this type of NYC hotel but bathroom was large with powerful hot shower and always hot water. We had a small balcony with view of Empire State Building. Never waited more than 1 minute for the lift to or from our floor. All staff were polite and professional, especially front desk. Free coffee in...
