"This hotel has a secure parking garage underneath it. Safe access by lift or stairs to their reception desk & to rooms. There is also a luggage trolly at reception if you need it. The staff are very pleasant & helpful & the rooms are very clean. We had a lovely ocean view from our spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. "A gorgeous luxurious boutique hotel centrally located to everything and surrounded by great restaurants. We stayed in the Royal Suite, which is absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable bed. The underfoot heating in the bathroom is absolute luxury. Highly refommend."

"The room smelt like cigarette smoke, the hand basin wasn’t wiped clean and there was pie pastry on the floor behind the bathroom door. The continental blanket on the single bed had awful marks on it as well. When I checked in they asked me to pay for a room I had pre-paid online."
