Benchmark Hauʻula hotels

"My girlfriend and I just got back from Hawaii on Waikiki Beach from 3/26/26-03/31/26 (5 nights). DO NOT rent a car and plan on regular guest parking at Hyatt Regency Waikiki for $65/day or valet parking at $80/day! My girlfriend and I left hotel valet parking twice in 6 days. Each time we had to wait in line for over an hour to re-valet park at Hyatt Regency, our own hotel. Utterly unbelievable, especially at $80/day! Hyatt should purchase/invest in a new offsite parking garage even if a few blocks away for valet. Or, they should warn their guests not to plan on renting a car and valet or non-valet parking at their Hyatt Regencyt Waikiki resort since they have WAAAYYY insufficient parking to handle all guests."

"If you like the to be near lots of shops restaurants, close to the beach or swim in nice pools this is the pace for you. The view of ocean view is amazing too. I attended a conference so if you also like a hotel with lots of buzz and people this is great for large groups and family.there is also a wonderful infinity pool but adults only which I loved ! It is a busy hotel in the middle of it all. "

"Staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel location was perfect for us, and parking was handy. Pool, laundry room, ice, purified water were readily available. At first we were disappointed that there is no continental breakfast provided, but we went to the little restaurant in the same building for the 10% discount and were very satisfied. Their menu was varied and our breakfasts were beautifully presented by attentive staff in a comfortable atmosphere. "

"This is a great family friendly hotel! The room is small but had everything we needed to be comfortable and the ac worked great. We stayed 8 nights and housekeeping kept everything nice and clean for us everyday. Breakfast every morning made it super easy for us to begin our day full of activities. We would definitely stay here again! "
