We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. "Room is clean, but worn. Only one ice machine on the premises worked. Hot water was fantastic. We had to clean the dust out of the whirlpool tub to figure that out."
