"Our stay at Clevelend Residences was very pleasant. Our studio apartment was clean, well-kept with all necessary amenities in a nice building 2 min away from Russell underground station and 2 min from food stores, cafes, and a movie theater, not to mention an 8 min walk to the British Museum. "We had a great stay here last week! The pub is very close to the Farringdon tube which made getting out and coming home each day that much simpler. Especially when we had our luggage. The room we got was fairly large and had strong air conditioning which was very necessarily in July! Pub stuff was welcoming and very helpful, especially upon our arrival. "Great place, great stay. Kitchen and room were well equipped for an extended stay. The bathroom requires some upkeep, the grout on the floor continued to flake and break off during our stay, it could use repair that didn't seemed to be addressed prior to our check in. I was also told upon checkout that I'd receive my $250 deposit back within 7-10 business days, I've now been checked out for 14 days and still haven't received my deposit or notice regarding such.
