Staff could not open the door to my room, and refused to give me another room. No option was left but to ask for a refund and leave. It remains to be seen if I have received a refund. Really strange experience.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. The property was unkept, filthy, run down, a drug and prostitute haven. Doors didn't have locks, had been busted in multiple times. Expedia should definitely not recommend this property to anyone. We were told they do not have accommodations to fill third party reservations, a section of their property has no electricity. We were told they did not have the accommodations to fill our reservations, that we could take what they had or go somewhere else. Not their problem that Expedia keeps letting people make reservations and Red Lion cannot fulfill those reservations. This property is disgusting!

The owner literally walked in my room without knocking and claimed there was no record of the room being occupied. They also shut off power to the room for the same reason. They have squatters living in the hotel that they are trying to evict. The room had mold including inside the fridge, the blankets were paper thin, the ac was the loudest unit ive ever heard, the bathtub was filthy, and there was no one doing anything about the people yelling outside my room all night. The front desk person was nice as can be but thats really my only positive experience here.

Property next to Outback and a Hooters figured would be somewhat nice. NO this place was terrible!! Run down, wall paper torn off wall in bathroom, shower handles stripped and not working, and the roof over checkin overhang falling down. They had lobby locked and had to checkin and out through little window…more like by the hour hotel!!!

They have two buildings for rooms. One is new construction and they are not ready to book. 3rd party sites like Booking, Expedia, Travelocity etc, are over booking the facilities and refuse to pull the unfinished rooms off of their sites. The old building has a lot of rooms out of order. Staff has to open many rooms with crowbars

Absolutely no service. Couldn’t get fresh towels, the Dish network service was out and the room never got cleaned. The lobby was locked when we tried to check in, only a piece of paper stuck to the wall with a number. The person who answered said she wasn’t on duty.

I booked this hotel for the weekend (Friday-Saturday), coming from out of town. First thing, the place looks like it’s under major renovation. There system was down. Once I got to my room, the shower wasn’t working which they had to come out and fix. Then throughout the night people were coming in and out of the room next door being loud. I asked to get my room changed, first room change no sofa. Then second room change the lamp was broke and the shower water came out yellow. I didn’t say at this hotel both nights. I had to put extra money to stay somewhere else. The hotel looks like a front for illegal activities.

The staff here are very friendly. That is about all I can say good about this hotel. My room was grungy, too many little things to point out that were used, abused, or flat out broken. The window shutters were partly broken, didn’t notice this until there were truck lights beaming in through the windows several times late at night. Little to know noise insulation, could here people talking, laughing, yelling at different times of the night. This is made even worse by the busy intersection a short way out from the hotel property. The bathroom vent was inoperative, so that hot shower (that actually did work) took a long time to clear out even with the air conditioning running. The towels were kinda grungy looking, like they could use an extra run cycle in the wash with hot water and some bleach. Last thing that pops up in my mind,.. the free breakfast, was not what I would call a breakfast. The setup consisted of some coffee and orange juice, then some bread for toast, and that was it, ouch!

Staff was friendly and the coffee was good, but there were several shortcomings. The carpets in the hall and room were old and stained. The closet door in our room was broken and wouldn't open. There was just a sheet and a very thin bedspread on the bed, so it was either turn the AC up and be hot or turn it down and be cold. I froze half the night and was hot the other half. The room was an interior room, but the electronic lock was broken and missing on the hall entry door. The manual security lock on our room door was missing half the lock.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is NASTY! The room was filthy! Layers of dirt, broken furniture & appliances! The tub & shower were disgusting! The sheets were dirty, we asked staff for clean sheets & we’re told they didn’t have any! The electrical outlets, the phones & the heat did not work! Seriously, for the safety of others I believe this place should be reported to the local health department! Shame on Expedia for even listing this dump as an option! You’re better off camping outside! Worst experience EVER!

On our first night at this establishment March 17, 2022. At first the receptionist couldnt find our reservations. After about 10 minutes she was able to locate it. I provided everything i was given about the reservation. After finding the reservation we recieved our room keys. As we got to the room. I first noticed a non smoking room smelled of marijuana. Was not appreciative. The we noticed the room had not been vacuumed. I sat on the bed and leaned over to grab phone to call front desk about the tv services. The cable/satellite was properly installed with tv in room. When i leaned back up i noticed my leg was wet. Upon inquiry the bed had a spot fairly large in size wet spot. It was very wet from matress through to top of covers. Also on the sheets food particles and pubic hair. This was last draw for this room. Requested a new room. The second room was good except the rooms cable/satellite was not hooked up to tv again.

Ok but will be my only stay
Hotel was ok, but I won’t be staying there again. Weird smell throughout hotel and in room, stained carpet, toilet that ran often. Also, there wasn’t an elevator in my building. However, sheets and towels were clean, and it’s in a very convenient location.

The hotel was dirty and unsafe. When I got to my room I can smell the dust in the air which wasn’t good for people with asthma. My room had holes in the walls, the phone didn’t work, no hot water. There was garbage everywhere. My health was at risk staying there.

Needs remolding asap
The room wasn't clean at all. The was a live roach in the bathroom. The ice bucket had old food in it. The sheets had a cigarette burn on it. The pillows were dirty and the pillowcases were to small plus mismatched. The microwave was old with rust in and out. The air conditioner kept going off and on even after I had it set to a temp. Wasn't a good experience.
