The hotel has very beautiful architecture all around, even along the corridors and in the room. Very convenient to access the main town area by walking too.

Very nice hotel and staff very friendly the room was not the best no view and quite dark inside the other rooms looked nicer with the balcony and windows which opened

Pro:Hotel room is clean & cozy. Small hotel but hv a lot green.room come with balcony , is good if provide a chair & small table so guest can enjoy in the balcony.Staff are helpful & friendly Con: Toilet doors are not a full door & don’t have ventilation fan, so the smell will come out from toilet to the room & don’t have toilet door. Room don’t have any chair/sofa so don’t u have to sit on floor

The hotel's location is superb, offering effortless access to prime areas. The room is impeccably clean and equipped with a powerful air-conditioning system, although the lighting could be brighter. The establishment exudes an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation, thanks in part to its pristine condition. However, what truly sets this hotel apart are the staff members who are unfailingly friendly and helpful. While it may be disadvantageous that there is no private car park available and guests must park on the roadside, it can still be considered safe. Overall, I highly recommend this delightful hotel for anyone seeking a warm welcome and exceptional service.

一切都很不錯又乾淨 只是不太喜歡廁所這麼靠近床，而且晚上廁所燈關掉非常暗，不關廁所燈又剛好照到躺下來的眼睛😅

Clean modern room. Mini bar drinks and snack in the room are free. The banana chips is so nice I finished it every night and it gets refill the next day 😋 Big bottles of shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush all provided. Staff know limited English but are all super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! ♥️♥️♥️

Staff try to be nice but actually they aren’t
Staff just try to be nice , but I think , they are not really and not sincere. I ask for an upgrade, if the hotel don’t allow they just tell me frankly and it is fine. But I don’t like the way they treat , they mention that reservation can’t decide. Need to ask for manager approval. I tell them it’s fine and I can wait and I will not touch the room until the manager decision coming. (This is 5 pm ) They mention manager don’t answer the phone and leave message to manager But Manager don’t answer and I wait until 9 pm And they mention that manager still not answer. finally I tell them it’s fine. If manager don’t answer. ( Just ignore my request , thanks) I don’t understand why manager don’t see message and not answer for 4 hrs. It’s quite weird.

Received a very warm welcome once I alighted from my cab to check in. All staffs were on standby to greet us and carry our luggages. Excellent service from everyone. I would definitely come back to stay again. The room is very clean, everything is perfect! No kidding. Easy to grab around (@ reasonable rate) , Kim Yong market is about 10mins walk away. 10/10 :)

My new favorite hideaway
Fantastic place. I was there for a quiet getaway so I could hole up and do some writing. This place was perfect. The room was spacious (Habita Prime room), quiet, clean, and comfortable. The wifi was excellent. The service staff was friendly, heloful, and patient. There is no spa, but there are many massage places within a short walk. The restaurant and coffee counter were good, but the rooftop bar was one of the highlights. Nice view with indoor or outdoor seating. They have a full menu of Western and Thai dishes. And they have an impressive wine cellar and a fantastic beer list. Belgian Abbey beers, German beers, and a couple of American craft beers. All served at the correct temperature, with a proper pour, in appropriate glassware. And when you get tired of the hotel restaurant, there are a lot of authentic, local restaurants just outside.

The location was good, facilities and infrastructure worked well, room was extremely clean, and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was able to secure a motorbike rental for me which was also very convenient for my exploration of the city.

Excellent services and beautiful memory at The Habita Hatyai . The hotel located near Thidanukor School and not far for downtown Market , Lee Garden so you can walked 5-10 minutes. The hotel is very clean and new . Very impressed to stayed this hotel. Staff can speak Thai , English not fluent but everybody are very lovely

The Hotel is very beautiful , new and near Thidanuko School (Catholic school ) and not far from the market and downtown so you can walk 10-15 minutes. The breakfast also yummy and cheap .The restaurant at the rooftop also yummy but few wine. If I back to Hatyai again I will stayed in this hotel ! I really recommend

Hotel interior is nice & clean room. Hotel lift only 1 for whole building and is very slow. For the bed height is a bit low compare to normal hotel bed height.

Modern hotel in the middle of hatyai. Walkable distance to various places. Clean room and comfortable. TV ain't that smart though. Do take note when booking for 3 pax as expedia said the room is meant for 3 but we only had 1 king bed.
