Cosy Hotel away from the bustling of city centre

A non conspicuous hotel away from the busy streets of Hatyai. For those who like a bit of peace and quiet. This is the ideal hotel. Rooms are very spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Travel from hotel to Lee Gardens is about 10 mins by motorbike taxi. cost 40 baht. You can also take the songtheaw to kim yong market for about 25 baht.

พนักงานต้อนรับแย่ ไม่มีการแนะนำห้องพัก คือพอแจ้งเช็คอินเสร็จ ยืนกุญแจห้องให้ จบ!! ไม่มีการแนะนำทางไปอะไรใดๆเลย บริการเหมือนโรงแรม 1 ดาว บรรยากาศเหมือนเลิฟโฮเต็ล ห้องพักเก่า ไม่มีสบู่ และครีมอาบน้ำให้บริการ ท่อน้ำทิ้งไม่มีตะแกรง (เป็นท่อโล่งๆเลย ดูอันตรายมาก) บริเวณใกล้เคียงมีร้านคาราโอเกะ กลางคืนเสียงดังมาก (ขณะเขียนริวิวเป็นเวลาตี 1 เสียงเพลง และเสียงเบิ้นมอเตอร์ไซค์ยังดังอยู่) ระบบการแก้ไขปัญหาย่ำแย่ ได้แจ้งทางโรงแรมขอเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่ไม่สามารถทำได้เนื่องจากห้องพักเต็ม ขอย้ายโรงแรม โดยให้ทางโรงแรมช่วยเรียกแท็กซี่หรือจัดหารถเพื่อย้ายโรงแรมก็ไม่สามารถจัดการให้ได้ (ไม่ได้ขอคืนค่าห้อง และจ่ายค่ารถเองนะคะ) สรุปว่าห่วยมากกก

PB Grand Hotel is a hotel which is really value for money for a hotel of its class. It is easily accessible to eateries, and city such as Lee Garden can be reached via a 10 minutes Tuk Tuk ride at 100THB. Staffs at the hotel were very approachable, lobby and rooms are of great ambience. The only areas of improvements are to rectify the problems of ants in room, provision of more toiletiries such as shower foams, toothbrush, toothpaste and disposable shaver. Renew shower hoses that are rusty

Wifi very weak or unable to connect in my room. Ask at the counter, the worker just try to ignore us by saying other room guests can connect also. Disappointed.

Hotel mit schöner Aussicht auf Hatyai

Das hotel befindet sich etwas abseits vom Stadt-Zentrum. Mit einem Sammeltaxi kommt man vom Hotel für 10 Baht i.d. Stadt. Auch mit Tuktuk oder Taxi natürlich. Die oberen Stockwerke bieten eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das hotel hat einen schönen Lobby-Bereich. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, wenn auch schon etwas abgewohnt. Die Wände sind manchmal etwas verschmiert. Trotzdem ist das Hotel empfehlenswert und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

4 stars experience stay in P.B grand hotel Hat Yai

Was here for a holiday trip with my family. Pros of this hotel: -bed is comfortable and large enough for 3 persons to sleep on. -environment is quiet and clean. -room is spacious and enough area to move about. -lots of tv channels to choose from (sports channel for watching EPL) -easy to get a Tuk tuk outside the hotel to travel around. Cons of this hotel: -location is quite out of the city. -no 7-11 or convenient store near the hotel. -personal experience: we checked in at about 2.30pm close to 3pm, but the room is yet to be cleaned and ready for our check in.(too few Cleaners for many rooms) Overall, it's still a satisfied hotel stay in P.B grand hotel hat yai. Cheers!
