"This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "

Kitchen sink has no hot water so we had to wash the dishes with cold water. Boiler noisy and once it was on, the leak was coming through the ceiling. We had switched the boiler off on the last night of the stay due to the noise and the safety concern due to the extreme not water running from both hot and cold taps in the bathroom. "Lovely little flat in a very convenient location. Parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking in the area. Asked for an additional heater before I arrived and they kindly put one in there for me. Stairs are quite narrow and are only wide enough for one foot per step, but not a problem for me. :)"

"Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean, light and bright. Kitchen seemed well equipped, although we only really used the kettle and mugs as only a short stay. Other reviews are right in that the bed in the main bedroom at the back feels quite rickety and the mattress is soft, but didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep!! Property can do with some maintenance as showing lots of wear and tear eg,scuffed paint, frayed carpet, mould in bathroom, door catch broken on main door.
