"Needs a major upgrade. Poor heating due hardly being on and with insufficient window insulation. In fact sash windows can’t close so top of one window was stuffed with tissue. Had to improvise with a towel as the gap in middle needed blocking! General plumbing needs replacing as the smell wasn’t good and outside in the general area had air fresheners all over. Stairs and general decor is in poor condition. Big mistake not reading previous reviews 😡"

"The stay at Tracey’s guesthouse was absolutely phenomenal. So welcoming and lovely. All started with a very detailed communication beforehand, wanting to make sure I had everything I needed for arrival and access to the place. Very thoughtful. "This is the by far the best guest house I have ever stayed in. Ian & Fiona are so welcoming and friendly. The house is in an ideal location and is peacefully quiet, also with on site parking behind an electronic gate. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area."
