"It was very clean. The room and facilities were beautifully kept and very new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However we were surprised at the extra charges for two futons for our children at ¥3000 a piece as well as the ¥3000 late arrival fee, which made it much more expensive than we originally thought. "Other than an isolated experience with one staff member, the rest of this staff and every other aspect of the stay was exceptional. Corporate was extremely responsive to my situation. I would stay here again."

"客室も綺麗でコーヒーがサービスなのは ありがたいと思いました。"

"This was such an amazing room with everything you could possibly need. The private onsen was beautiful. They left complimentary drinks and PJ's too. Our only regret was that we only stayed 1 night. "

"This place was absolutely wonderful. I wish I’d found it sooner. After a tiny hotel room in Osaka this was an amazing, luxurious room. I loved it. If I ever return this is the type of place I will focus on finding here."

"Close to airport via a taxi ride. Very comfortable room! Has a very nice onsen. Would need to take a taxi to get anyplace"

"A beautiful place and a real honour to stay here as a westerner. Robes and amenities were provided and the baths were excellent including an outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. There was even a mini stamp rally around the building which was great for us and our teen child to explore. The building interior was like a maze with beautiful objects and resting places all around and overlooking the garden."

"Nice hot spring."

"Great stay. Enjoyed the private Spa."

"古いながらも清潔感と趣があり、食事も品数が多く、大満足でした。 スタッフの方にも親切にしていただきました。"

"It’s a clean , old Japanese style hotel with excellent service and reasonable price."

"The facilty is old & the room smelled of cigarettes, but everything else was wonderful. If looking for authentic Japanese experience (for the working and middle class Japanese) this is a very good experience. Dinner and breakfast buffet was really good. However there's little to do around the lake, unlike Yamashiro ir Yamanaka onsen area. "

"Good Service, good staffs, good meals, everything is good"

"Perhaps there is a Dinosaur museum at the same county, decoration at the first floor full of color of dinosaurs, and a big in door playground, kids definitely love it. There are free rental badminton racket, tennis racket, and even bicycle for guest. Onsen are comfortable with total of 4 choices (for man). Overall family friendly stay over."

"The city itself seems dead. Very few tourists. Hotel, There is a few employees working, therefore response is very late."
